Hey [wlm_firstname]!
Welcome back! You have earned [WlPoints_Remaining_Points] Points in your currently active TYL course so far. What are points for? To keep you motivated and to prove that YES, you DID take this course and worked on your leadership skills, there are two accountability pieces for each lesson:
- a downloadable pdf Challenge to complete (each Summary is worth a potential 50 points) and
- a quiz to take (potential 50 points on your FIRST ATTEMPT only). Oh … the quizzes will prove whether or not you’ve been paying attention!
Points are updated every Wednesday. Earn a 75% average overall to receive a Certificate of Completion for each of the four individual leadership courses.
Here are the Quizzes and Challenges you have completed:[WLIcons size=medium col=10 sort=newest]
Here’s how to use the Transform your Leadership Program:
- Click on the course in the column to the left that you are working on.
- Watch the quick 10-ish minute video.
- Download the pdf Challenge.
- When you complete the Challenge, submit your “Summary” of your results and discoveries to carol@getthrival.com for feedback.
- Within 24 hours, a longer video with more tips and practical ways you can use your new skills will appear on that lesson page, as well as access to a 10 question quiz.
- Watch supplement video FIRST and take notes.
- THEN take the online quiz. Keep taking the quiz as many times as needed until you pass. Only your first mark will count in your points.
- Once you gain a passing mark on the quiz, the next lesson will appear in the main page for your current course.
- Points from your Summaries and Quizzes will be verified and updated every Wednesday. If you receive 75% or better, you’ll be given a Certificate of Completion for the Transform Your Leadership course you are taking.
- HAVE FUN! Is this work? Yes, but it’s all about YOU and the work you do. I will be there to encourage you forward every step of the way! Change is awkward and messy. If it’s smooth and easy, it’s not real change. Expect the greatest successes, don’t be surprised by the slip ups, laugh, breathe and keep failing forward. You learn more from the slip ups than you do from what goes perfectly.
